What do brits think of the American Justice system and American Police?
I think the american justice system was created as an idealism i.e. conforming to the separation of powers but in doing so makes laws maybe too difficult to pass especially when theres a republican president (albeit not for much longer) and a democratic house. It seems like it makes it difficult for either party to do what they had promised the people. As for american police, I’ve heard lots of storys that lead me to believe that they are extremely bias against foreigners despite the hypocracy unless they are native american. As for too harsh or too lenient, I guess it depends on your bra size and how much of it you’re willing to flaunt.
