Chicken pox usually begins on the chest, and don't normally have a white center like a pimple. She may actually have bites of some kind, rather than chicken pox. To get a better idea of what chicken pox look like, go to your Yahoo search bar, click on "images" and then type in "chicken pox". Some of the pictures may be a little graphic, though.
