What do frogs eat right after they loose their tadpole tail?
we kept tadpoles for my daughter to look at how they changed, the tadpoles will eat the weed that is in the tank or algae, as soon as they start to change a big rock should be placed in the tank so they can start to climb out, when they get their legs they start to eat mosquito lava or small fruit flies and they stop eating the green vegetation, we usually release them again when they get to this stage as it is kinder for the wild frogs, but if they are pets you need to get hold of this sort of food, best of luck with your answers honey.
