What do hippies believe in?

I’ve met a lot of hippies, and they tend to have a wide variety of beliefs. It’s not as if they all believe in the same thing. Thinking of my hippie acquaintances now…a lot are Pagan, some are Christian, some are Jewish, one practices Eckankar, and a few are into New Age spirituality. I know one who’s into Native American religion, and one who’s an atheist. Almost all of them are pacifists, and some are vegans. Most of them believe in freedom and promoting peace and love.
