What do I do if I can not hear the person I am calling or visa versa?
Make sure the computer you are making the call from is properly connected to the Internet. Check that your sound on the computer is turned on and volume and microphone balances are adjusted correctly. If you are using a microphone and headset, make sure that it is plugged into the computer and also that the plugs are not reversed. Do an audio and microphone check on your computer. If you are using the USB phone, make sure that the driver was automatically installed and the system reported ready to use. If this is in order and the soft phone is open and the program is running, click on the little wrench icon (above the little speaker image on the soft phone) and click on Audio Devices and make sure to put all settings to USB. You can do testing there as well. Make sure the green light on the USB phone is on. If it still does not work, close the soft phone unplug the USB phone, and then restart the computer. Wait until the computer is fully up and running and you have Internet. Test by c
