What do I do if I did not receive the Premium TransitChek MetroCard in the mail?

If you have chosen to receive a Premium TransitChek MetroCard, you should receive it in approximately one week before your first benefit month begins. To determine when your benefit starts you can either check using your Online Management Account, if you have one set up, or if you don’t have web access, you can call TransitCenter’s Customer Service department during normal business hours. If you haven’t received the Card and it is less than a week before your benefit is scheduled to begin, you should call TransitCenter’s Customer Service department and request a replacement Card. A new Card will be sent to you, or you may pick up a replacement Premium Card at TransitCenter’s office before 3:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. There are no exceptions to the 3:00 p.m. cut off time.
