What do I do if I lose my BizXchange Membership Card or need additional Membership Cards?
All members are issued a BizXchange Membership Card when they join BizXchange and members often request additional cards for spouses, family members, business partners and employees. BizX Membership Cards should be used like a standard credit card and should be presented when making a purchase within the exchange. Contact your BizX Account Executive immediately if you lose your BizX Membership Card. As with a credit card, we will cancel the card immediately and order a replacement card. Contact your BizX Account Executive to request additional BizX Membership Cards for your account. You may request additional cards for anyone you wish as well as a general company card. However, as the account holder, you will be responsible for all charges made on cards issued to your account. Cards will only be issued with written authorization from the primary account holder (the person who signed the BizX Account Application and Agreement) or by their designated (in writing) representative.
