What do I do if someone who has Oracle access is missing from the User Access Profile (TAC Org) Report?
YSM TACs have a separate User Access Profile Report process administered by ITS Med Systems Support . The first review of the User Access Profile (TAC Org) Report should be to determine if everyone in your department who has Oracle access appears on this report. If you determine that someone has Oracle access in your department, but is not shown on this report, please send an email with these details to UAQA uaqa@yale.edu. UAQA will be able to confirm the Oracle access for this individual and ensure that the User Access Profile (TAC Org) Report will work correctly for you in the future.
