Usually this means that some particular style file is missing. Use the gripe command to complain about about it and it will be added in very short order, or, an alternative package may be suggested. In the meantime, you can see if you can find the required .sty style file for download (e.g. from TUG ) and save it in the same directory as your LaTeX document.
