Your Magic Bullet Platinum Pro is designed to provide a watertight seal for the life of the unit. If you find that, occasionally, liquid seeps out while you are using your Magic Bullet Platinum Pro, it is generally because of one of two reasons. First, check to make sure that the blade assembly has been screwed tightly onto THE BULLET™ Cup or Party Mug. Or, if it is firmly fastened, then the problem may be that the gasket is missing or not seated properly. There is a clear plastic gasket that lines the inside rim of the blade assembly. Occasionally, it will fall out in the dishwasher or sink. Check to make sure that the gasket is in the motor assembly. If it is not, then dig it out of your dishwasher or replace it with one of the spare gaskets provided in your kit.
