The Building Department will notify you by mail, the day you can pickup the original Z.B.A. decision for filing. You then must bring the Z.B.A. decision to the Town Clerks Office, so they may certify no appeal has been filed. Once certified by the Town Clerks Office you may file the Zoning Board of Appeals (Z.B.A.) Decision. See “Recording Zoning Board of Appeals Decision with The Registry of Deeds” for more specific information and directions to the Middlesex County Registry of Deeds.
