What do I need to do if I have a stock certificate in the name of Ultrak, Inc. or in the name of American Building Control, Inc.?
Nothing. Ultrak and American Building Control stock certificates represent ownership in the same company, now known as MDI, Inc. Ultrak, Inc. changed its name to American Building Control, Inc. in 2002 and again to MDI, Inc. in 2004. There is no need to replace your Ultrak or American Building Control stock certificates with a new MDI stock certificate.
