Hi Sonia, For a Mardi gras party you should definitely wear the Mardi-Gras colours which is green purple and yellow, you might find nice jeans , slims or nice tops in these colours in high street shops , flashy green or purple is pretty fashion these days. you can wear beads as accessorizes it could be on your neck but also try to put on your legs or hips it could be fun.You can also wear nice make up with these colours . If it is a Mrdi gras ball, then you have to wear an evenbing gown. If it is just a party and not a ball, then wear whatever you want. Feel free tro wear jeans, casual shirt, and wear some mardi gras beads, to copmplete the look. Or if you are feeling like doing it up, wear a costume or the mardi gras colors: purple, green, yellow. And keep your money and phone in your pocket (as long as it’s not gonna fall out if your sit or bend down to grab a bead. I always check for my phone when i’m at mardi gras, just to make sure it’s still in my pocket! For the most part don’t get too dressy cause before long you;lll be drunk and not even care.
