What do People Believe Really Happened To The People Lost When Flying Thru The Bermuda Triangle?

I have read a number of theories and descriptions of the Bermuda triangle (which also covers land – something missed by most people!). Much is wild conjecture and exaggeration and not really that abnormal to other sea areas. The cut below from a web-site (link at the bottom) says it best: “The majority of disappearances can be attributed to the area’s unique features. The Gulf Stream, a warm ocean current flowing from the Gulf of Mexico around the Florida Straits northeastward toward Europe, is extremely swift and turbulent. It can quickly erase any evidence of a disaster. The unpredictable Caribbean-Atlantic storms that give birth to waves of great size as well as waterspouts often spell disaster for pilots and mariners. The topography of the ocean floor varies from extensive shoals to some of the deepest marine trenches in the world. With the interaction of strong currents over reefs, the topography is in a constant state of flux and breeds development of new navigational hazards. No

Actually there are a number of theories behind the abnormal behaviour in and around the Bermuda triangle. But the one that seems most convincing to me is that, the area has has huge deposits of methane under the ocean. This methane gas is slowly and steadily released from the millions of corals in that area and gets accumulated very near to the land. When the accumulation becomes very high, then it is released into the atmosphere as a very very huge ball of gas, if a ship is in that area, it sinks because of this huge turbulence generated by the bubble. Now as far as airplanes are considered, they are said to crash because of the same methane bubble. When this huge gas bubble raises up it expands and covers a large area and if there is any plane it gets trapped into the low density gas (methane) bubble, thus the engines of the aircraft fail as the aircraft engine is designed for air. Once this methane gas enters the combustion area of the engine, it itself starts burning. As a result i

There is actually no scientific evidence that the number of disappearances in the area of the Bermuda Triangle are any higher than in any other similar area of the sea. In my opinion most if not all the disappearances in the area can be explained by human error, poorly maintained vessels and bad weather. There are those out there that believe anything from E.T to survivors of Atlantis. Even some scientific theories have been put forward such as releases of methane from the ocean floor. However there is no evidence yet to support any of these theories and in my opinion no such explanations are required.
