I hope this is a genuine question, if not you are being very rude!!!! They eat the same as us, India is famous for Curried dishes but that doesnt mean they eat them all the time! UK is famous for Fish and Chips but doesnt mean we eat it everyday either! People from India eat fresh fruit, veg and meat just like you and me!!!

I think if u add up all the varities of food in the world…it would still not compare to wide variety of Indian food! About 40 %people in India are vegetarians and they have much more choice than meat eaters anywhere else… Indians cook fresh food everyday unlike in US/UK where people eat stale microwave/frozen junk food! On a usual day, Indians eat a very healthy balanced diet like whole wheat flat bread, rice, lentil stew and veggies/sprouts/leafy veggies perfectly spiced and flavored to perfection unlike the bland/tasteless food in other countries.

Alot of curry and naan bread. They’re al strict vegetarians and I think they highly regard cows as sacred animals. Gotta hand it to them they’re devoted if they don’t eat meat. I couldn’t live without a good steak.
