same as you, cant stand them, I used to work in a call centre for a bank and its hard work, the indian call centres, do not understand what we are saying, when they dont understand your question they repeat themselves and say something totally irrevalant.

They’re rubbish. Everyone knows that, even the bosses of companies that employ Indian call centres. But wait until the Chinese get in on the act.

I also avoid companies using Indian call centres since I often can’t understand what the person is saying and I’m usually on the phone for ages.
