What do Race Tracks, Wooden Arrows, and Rum Have In Common?
The Senate approved $700 billion bail out bill. What total b.s. I think this is a prime example of Congress Gone Wild! Here they are, supposedly trying to salvage our economy. And what do some of them do, they look for pork. Instead of just focusing on the bail out bill, lawmakers added tax breaks for moto-cross race tracks, a company that makes children’s wooden arrows and the rum excise tax for Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. I’m sure a lot of senators are toasting to that this morning.
