PK: I have a special relationship with Vishal. Earlier I had a wonderful experience working with him in Maqbool and it was equally great doing this film. We share a special rapport as there is an unsaid understanding between us. I took up the role as soon as it was offered to me but only when I got down to playing Khatri did I realise that it was not a simple character. How much did you have to work on your character of Khatri, the chaiwala? PK: As always, I studied the character first and did a little research. I always try and create a new and fresh appeal to whatever role I portray. That is what is actually the journey of an actor. And it was a pleasure to be on board for this film. How would you describe your character? SS: Biniya is a 10-year old girl leading a simple life in her village up in the mountains.
