Projects are expected to reduce peak demand by more than 500 kW during the summer (afternoon weekdays during December to February) and/or winter (early evenings on weekdays during June to August). This can be done for one year/season or for multi-years (eg: 500 kW for 1 year or 50 KW per year for 10 years). The cost effectiveness of the project increases the longer the reductions are achieved.
