What does a child care worker (level 5) trainee do?
As a child care worker/trainee you will: • be given the skills and knowledge to design and implement engaging programs for infants, pre-schoolers and school-age children • learn all about children’s social, emotional and psychological development, planning care routines and handle all aspects of administration in a child care environment • learn how to provide children with a safe and healthy environment and work with children who have additional needs.
