If you are worried about it, t hen you should have never done it in the first place, condom or not, just another kid into the world that will not be properly cared for.

Well always try to use condoms that have spermicidal lubricant on them. This way if a condom does accidentaly break or slip off, your vaginal chamber walls will already be lubed with a sperm killer. Not that this is completely 100 percent safe, but it definately helps!
