A housing wall and floor tiling apprentice is involved in: The laying of ceramic, clay, slate, marble, glass and other types of tiles on external and internal wall and floors to provide protective and decorative finishes. They are required to demonstrate construction techniques such as measuring, cutting, shaping and layout of tiles. Attaching tiles to surfaces using correct adhesive, matching patterns and shaping tiles for edges, corners and around obstacles is required.
