What does a moderator do vs. an administrator?
Administrator – the administrator configures the tool, sets the options available, manages administrative rights to accounts, etc. Moderator – the moderator monitors the public’s ideas and comments, looks for posts that violate the Terms of Participation and ideally interacts with those who are submitting ideas/comments on the online tool.
