What does an eyeshadow base do?
It keeps shadows on longer and also makes them brighter if you get the right base. I strongly reccomend going for something like Urban Decay Primer Potion. I have it and it is the best primer I ever used. I also have NYX shadow sticks and i really don’t like them as much as Urban Decay Primer Potion (UDPP). But it really is how long you want the shadow to stay on for. NYX shadow sticks only last about 5 hours then is gone. But UDPP is really great and lasts over 12. For me UDPP lasted 15 hours, and I have to say, I am in love with it! It is great, yet is a little on the expencive side. UDPP is $17, and NYX shadow sticks are about $3. Also another great one is Too Faced Shadow Insurrance, people say its great but not as great as UDPP, but is also the same price as UDPP, $17. I would deffentally go with Urban Decay Primer Potion.
