Bed and Breakfast a.k.a. B&B means a residential-type lodging facility i.e. the proprietors live on premises and you will be staying and will be served breakfast in their own home. B&Bs have no more than ten guestrooms and provide only breakfast. Generally inns, country inns, home stays, etc. are considered being bed and breakfast properties. Of course there is exception to every rule, so check the conditions for each property you contact.
