What does CDIs Reactivation Fee and Upgrade Fee cover?
The reactivation fee, paid if the students services have expired, covers the overhead associated with renewing the account; the account must be reactivated, information updated, new contracts must be processed, etc. The upgrade fee, paid if the students services have expired, is the difference in cost between the price of the service when they initially purchased the service and the cost to deliver that service now. For example, if a student bought a lesson one year ago, at the cost of $95, and the cost of a lesson today is $120, the student upgrade fee is $25.
