If by “chrome” you mean Google’s new browser: Nothing! K-Meleon is 8 years older, and contained a “chrome” folder for its user interface long before Google even dreamed of creating an own browser and baptizing it “Chrome”. To quote Wikipedia: “The visible graphical interface features of an application are sometimes referred to as ‘chrome'”.
