What does DAngelo do to the water once it is retrieved?
D’Angelo does not add anything to the water. However, to comply with a method of good bottling practice the spring water is sent through a series of micro filters. To ensure the highest quality, the water is also injected with ozone gas, which is a form of oxygen. The ozone will dissipate after several hours. Any bacteria is killed instantly in this ozone environment. This safeguard practice does not affect the taste and quality of the natural spring water.
