What does everybody think of the brand AVENT bottles?
Avent is good for moms who are breastfeeding because it is easier for the baby to go back and forth (I used them with my son) My daughter had a nursing issue with her mouth so I had to pump for her for 8 months….it really wasn’t worth the extra expense as I wasn’t going back and forth. You should be aware that the plastic in bottles has been deemed unsafe and even the EPA will not say that hard plastic bottles are safe for babies…the chemicals have been found to leach into the milk. My recommendation is to use bottles with the liners in them…NEVER heat them up (put the liquid in a glass, heat it and then put it in the plastic….it is when the plastic gets heated that the chemicals heat up. I also recommend breastfeeding whenever possible, but that is a difficult and personal choice!
