What does “furnished” mean?
“Furnished” means just the furniture and major appliances; it does not mean things like pots, pans, dishes, microwaves, phones, sheets, or pillows. In other words, you should bring all of the really homey stuff which will make an apartment your home. They do, however, come with blinds and curtains, so don’t worry about window decorations. Your bedroom has a twin extra long bed, a desk and chair, a nightstand, a bureau, and some bookshelves built into the wall. The living room/dining room in a two-bedroom has a table with four chairs, a couch, a cushioned chair, a storage cabinet, and an end table large enough to accommodate a tv; some but not all, two-bedrooms have coffee tables.
