Richmond is a private university and does not receive government funding. All students, including British and other EU citizens, pay full fees at the international rate. Tuition is £14,000 per year and accommodation with food is an additional £7,000 per academic year. A confirmation deposit of £1000 is also required. For students in university housing, a housing deposit of £1000 is required. The tuition deposit is refunded when a student graduates. The housing deposit is refunded when the housing contract expires, with any damages to the housing are paid for from the housing deposit. A late charge of £250 is charged to students who pay their bills after 1 August.
