how a person becomes obsessive can’t really be answered. Some people who become obsessive are the people you are least likely to think are. If you are talking about relationships i would say obsessive is more than being needy or clingy. When someone becomes border line stalker like, needing to know where you are 24/7 calls you every 10 minutes to know what you are doing and who you are with, needs to be with you at all moments of the day. It can lead to being abusive i think because when you are that obsessive you don’t want your girl/guy with anyone at any time but you. If the other person likes being around other people sometimes it can lead to problems..
