What does karl marx have to do with communism?

0

Karl Marx critiqued capitalism. He believed that it had two endemic features 1) the increasing growth of inequality and concentration of wealth(goods, services, factories: anything worth money) in fewer hands and as a result 2) a crisis wherein wealth couldnt be consumed because the majority of people; the working class had been deprived of the wealth and money to exchange for it. He believed that the working class would realise this when such a crisis of underconsumption reached a turning point and the economy entered a recession. It would, as a whole, take this wealth from its owners and redistribute it and run it publicly and democartically: Communism.
