What does LDR mediation or arbitration cost?
The one-time LDR administrative fee for either mediation and arbitration, or both, is $300. In addition, mediators and arbitrators receive a fee of $150 per hour. Unless otherwise agreed, the administrative fee and the mediator’s and arbitrator’s fees are shared equally among the parties. And, unless otherwise agreed, the parties bear their separate expenses, except as may be determined in an arbitration award.
