The message “Maximum number of concurrent workflows” is displayed when the workflow count exceeds the limit. The workflow count is incremented only when it is executed from the application. When the application is submitted, a new instance of the workflow is created. To overcome this situation, follow any one of the approaches given below: 1) Submit a new workflow only after completing all the actions in the previously submitted workflows. 2) Set the Status column in SWExecute table to “FN”. 3) Truncate the records in SWExecute, SWExecutionDetails and SWActivityList tables. Note: Approaches 2) and 3) are to be used only during trials and do not apply in a production environment.
