What does National Hub mean on parcel force?
In distribution a hub is a central interchange point. A national hub, presumably means they have just the one hub, which I doubt.. the hub concentrates parcels into loads for forwarding to the next step in the delivery proceess (effectively the hub collects all parcels in its region/zove, those that are for delivery in that area reamin in thre hub, and get ent to the delivery depot for final sorting, all parcels for London, Manchester, wherever are sorted into load for delivery by truck to the hub in London, the Hub in Manchester where they are sorted again (or broken down from the bulk load into final delivery routes you take your parcel to the post office, they forward to Parcelforce who take it to their nearest hub (think huge sorting office) where parcels are sorted into areas or zones.
