What does PIM mean?
PIM stands for “Personal Information Management”. PIM allows Adaptxt to learn your personal data by scanning Calendar entries, Phonebook contacts, SMS and E-mail Inbox and Sent items. Go to Adaptxt Options>PIM to open the PIM menu. The PIM menu has 4 tabs. Press the left or right arrow keys to navigate between these tabs. On the PIM tab (first tab), the following options are available: • Scan Calendar: Scans all the calendar entries • Scan SMS: Scans SMS messages received from the contacts added on the SMS tab (second tab). • Scan E-mail: Scans e-mails received from the e-mail IDs added on the E-mail tab (third tab). • Scan Domain: Scans e-mails received from the domains added on the Domain tab (last tab). • Scan on Event: This option is automatically selected after the Scan Now process is complete.
