What does “Previously Salvaged Vehicle that has Passed Inspection” mean?

These bikes were damaged and salvaged (not totaled) by the insurance company. Please note that just because a vehicle had a salvage title, does NOT necessarily mean that it had frame or engine damage. These bikes were repaired and have passed a Wisconsin safety inspection. They are now street legal. In Wisconsin, these bikes may be titled and registered for road use immediately after purchase. These titles have the brand “Rebuilt Salvage” on them.
