There are a few reports of men or women who have an unusual preoccupation with sex that exceeds their level prior to PSP. This can even involve speech and behavior that is inappropriate. Most others have shown a diminution of sexual interest ranging all the way to complete abstinence or impotence. One woman in her late 70s is reported to have become very flirtatious with young males.
