I am very sorry about the ultrasound report. It has bad news. Reduced fetal biometry means that growth of the fetus is not accordingly. Absence of CSP or cavum septum pellucidum at 20 weeks pregnancy means abnormal cerebral development. Enlarged echogenic kidneys and presence of echogenic Foci indicate some chromosomal abnormalities especially down syndrome but further investigations are required.
