What does shining bright in Scandinavian mean?

Scandinavian is not a “real” language, but as almost all the Scandinavian languages are related and some words are even the same, you can speak Scandinavian to a person from your neighbour country and thereby be understood. I would translate “shining bright” to: skina klart (for example the sun is shining bright = solen skiner klart) or lysa klart (the star is shining bright = stjärnan lyser klart. I used Scandinavian when working for a Danish travelling company as a tourist guide, there were guides from all over Scandinavia working in Spain at that time, and we understood each other very well.
