What does Suspend mean?
Suspended – any call you make will route directly to Smart Customer Care. Anyone calling you will hear a message that your service has been temporarily disconnected. Pay within 3 days of being suspended and you will only pay for the next month of service. If you pay 4 or more days after suspension you be charged a reconnect fee $15.00 + a month service. When your phone has been suspended for 45 days with no payment activity you will lose your MDN (mobile number) and it will be recycled.
