What does temporary to direct hire staffing mean?
Many of our clients enjoy the benefits of hiring a temporary employee in order to ultimately fill a direct hire opening within their organization. Sometimes our clients let us know ahead of time that they would like to hire a temporary employee who may be considered for a direct hire position. It is also possible that the temporary employee we provide to a client demonstrates such outstanding value and good work chemistry resulting in our client wanting to extend an offer for direct employment. Both of these scenarios are considered ‘temporary to direct hire’ or ‘temp to direct.’ Once both the candidate and client feel the placement is a good fit, a successful placement is made.
