"Client Review" status is when the assignment is waiting for a client to review the submission.  (This occurs on certain work for hire assignments.)

We are treating any submission that reaches the "Client Review" status as completed at this time. This means that if you submitted an assignment that met the "Client Review" status before the end of March, it is approved for payment.  (There still is a $20 minimum to hit for the automated payment).
