What does the initial session consist of?
The first step consists of an in-person or telephonic consultation to help answer your questions and get to know you and your goals. It also gives me the chance to explain how I work and what I can offer. If you decide that personal training is a fit for you, I will send you several intake forms to get started. This is a great way for me to get to know you, your medical and exercise history, training goals and expectations. Personal training is just that- personal. My goal is to get to know you so that I can design a program that best tailors your lifestyle, personality, health history, in-home equipment and short term goals. At our first session, we will do the following comprehensive assessments: • Goal Assessment • Biometric Testing: heart rate, blood pressure, weight, body fat percentage, resting metabolism, inches • Postural Analysis • Muscular Strength, Endurance and Core Testing Although we may not workout much the first day, a game plan will be created to make this program be s
