What does the Penny Pinching Parent family think?
Right away my daughter took to these… I think any kid would. They have bright colors and are traditional prints so the characters or animals are easily recognizable. We act out Old MacDonald and several other little stories several times a week. As a mom I was impressed with the overall quality of the felt and the size of the items. I was expecting less since these are less expensive than what you get at the educational supply store, but I was very pleasantly surprised. I love the fact that each item can be purchased pre-cut or un-cut. Not only does this allow you to save a little money, by selecting an un-cut set, but like with these mitts it also gives you flexibility. Instead of making mitts out of these felt pieces you could stuff the pieces with beans or rice and close the ends and have bean bags instead of puppets. You could use fiberfill and have a set of stuffed farm friends… you have quite a bit of flexibility. Oh and I can’t fib, I can’t take credit for these super cute i
