What does the PhD Admission Committee look for in a student?
Because we are a small program, we are looking for students who have research and scholarly interests in areas where our full-time faculty are active. Prospective students should read about the full-time faculty on Milano’s website and should meet with those they think have similar research interests or those with whom they would be interested in working. If a student cannot find a full-time Milano faculty member to work with, this is probably not the right program for that student.
