What does the removal of Rosetta and PowerPC® (PPC) support by Apple mean to Creative Suite customers?

0

With Mac OS X Lion, Apple no longer includes support for Rosetta, which is required to run PPC code on Macs with Intel processors. Creative Suite 2 software was created to run on PowerPC hardware on Macs and will not be able to run on Lion. Additionally, older plug-ins as well as drivers for printers, scanners, and other hardware peripherals that require PPC support will no longer work with even the most current Creative Suite products without Rosetta.
