What does the Security Damage Deposit cover?
We do not charge for normal wear and tear. We expect the occasional dish or glass to be broken. The Security Damage deposit is for unusual breakage or damage. We ask that people remember they are guests and that they treat Upper Weyanoke as the rare historic property that it is. Although we hate to do it, if a situation arrises where someone has been clearly careless and distrespectful of the property we will use the Security Damage Deposit to cover any damages.
