What does the status area mean in the Supervisor and Agency Human Resources/Agency Designee queue?

A4: There are two possible statuses for a JCQ in the queue area: pending or in progress. Pending means the JCQ has not been reviewed, even if it may have been opened to show the employee information in Part 1 of the JCQ. In Progress means the JCQ has been opened and the reviewer has moved past Part 1 (and may have even entered review comments), but did not complete and submit the review section of the JCQ. JCQ’s that have been reviewed and submitted no longer show in the queue.
